RELINER Modular Manhole Invert Channel System

Overview

The RELINER Modular Manhole Invert System is a series of marine grade fiberglass stock parts used to create durable smooth manhole invert channels for optimum flow conditions, thus producing factory quality flumes in the field regardless of site conditions.

Channel Sections

Channel Sections are available in straight, 45 degree and 22 degree bends, T’s, Y’s, 4 ways, and dead ends.  Different sections are bolted together with included stainless steel bolts to provide a wide range of configurations as required by field conditions.

Pipe Ends

Pipe End Sections are available for a variety of pipe diameters and function as the interface between the incoming and outflowing pipes and the Channel sections. One end of the each Pipe End Section bolts to the adjacent channel sections with included stainless steel bolts and provides a smooth transition into a round fiberglass pipe on the opposite end of the section.  The round section is field trimmed as required to match up with the ends of the sewer pipes entering and exiting the manhole.

Ordering

Contact RELINER for assistance in selecting the proper system components for your application.    Parts are selected based on the unique configuration of each manhole.   Required information includes the diameter of the manhole, angular location and size of each incoming pipe and the outlet, and any other special considerations that may apply such as variations in the inlet elevations of more than 1”, irregular shaped structures, or pipes that are not radial.   The attached sheet can be used to provide this information.    Emailed photos are also helpful.

RELINER will prepare a drawing and a price quotation based on the provided information for each manhole.  Example drawings are available here for several common manhole arrangements.
